About the  project

Lilie was born from a shared vision between four partners — to create a beachside restaurant in Eilat that offers more than just food.
The goal was to build a space that feels like home: for locals, travelers, families, friends, and anyone looking to pause, breathe, and feel a sense of belonging.

The restaurant puts an emphasis on warmth, authenticity, approachable service, and high-quality cuisine made from excellent ingredients — all wrapped in a relaxed, effortless atmosphere.
At LILY, there’s no need to dress up or prepare — you’re welcome just as you are, whether in a swimsuit or a summer dress.

Beyond the food and aesthetics, LILY is about genuine human connection.
Every detail — from the service to the furniture — was chosen with care, to create a welcoming, inclusive, and thoughtful experience that respects each guest’s time and presence.
