About the project

During my time at Setter Architect, I led and managed this office project
For Collplant Company.
Our design concept for CollPlant’s offices is inspired by the company's on plant-derived medical solutions. This design reflects the relationship between people and nature, incorporating organic plant structures and leaf veins, while creating a dynamic interplay of textures that transitions from micro to macro. Various elements throughout the office echo the company's processes, with the floor divided into two sections: offices and sharedspaces on the northern side, and labs and development rooms on the southern side. The entrance lobby showcases sleek, elegant materials, featuring an art wall that mimics a microscopic view of collagen cells, integrated with moss vegetation emerging from metal “tissues” made of recycled ecological materials. This design choice honors the company’s roots in collagen developmentA seating pavilion resembles a plant-growing greenhouse, providing a unique atmosphere for relaxation. Public areas are designed as open spaces that maximize natural light and incorporate greenery, fostering a connection to the outdoors with neutral colors, natural materials, concrete floors, and exposed ceilings complemented by floating net ceilings. The cafeteria, boasts a scenic view, serves as both a kitchenette for employees and a meeting space, creating a restaurant-like ambiance. Its design includes several natural materials such as terrazzo-like flooring natural marble around the kitchen island, and a communal carpentry bench, all enhanced by plant life.
