During my time at Setter Architect, As part of the design team for this office project
For AON israel, the world’s leading international insurance brokerage, embarked on designing their new flagship offices in Ramat Gan, Israel.
The project involved completely demolishing the existing floor to create a hybrid workspace that reflects the company’s values and work culture.
Hybrid Work Model and Hot Desking
The office design supports the hybrid work model, where employees work remotely one day a week and use hot desking when in the office. Each employee is provided with a personal locker, transitioning to a paperless work environment.
Open Space with Privacy Solutions
All employees, including managers, work in a transparent open space designed with advanced acoustic solutions. To maintain privacy, storage units were strategically placed to separate work areas from public pathways.
Design Concept and Branding
The design merges innovation with warmth, integrating AON’s red branding elements across the space. From mesh ceilings in the reception area to graphic elements on walls, the branding is woven seamlessly throughout the office. Key phrases from the brand book further enhance the corporate identity.
Workstations and Collaboration Zones
The workspace includes electric desks, dual monitors, and noise-filtering headphones for each employee. Greenery and suspended light fixtures add warmth, while small meeting rooms create
